배우 권상우, 손태영 부부가 꽁꽁 얼어붙은 마음까지 녹이는 아름다운 봉사활동에 나섰다.
권상우, 손태영 부부는 지난 7일 서울 마천동에서 열린 아데나 문화재단의 ‘사랑의 연탄나누기’에 참여했다. 12월 오전의 강추위도 이들의 열정을 꺾을순 없었다. 손태영과 권상우는 50여 명의 자원 봉사자들과 함께 연탄 3000장과 쌀 150kg을 배달했다. 차량이 들어갈 수 없는 좁은 골목길에 길게 늘어서서 연탄을 한장씩 옆 사람에게 전달해 집 창고에 쌓았다. 두 사람은 얼굴과 조끼 등에 묻은 검은칠도 개의치 않은 채 추운 날씨에도 연신 구슬땀을 흘려댔다. 이들이 전달한 연탄 3000장은 총 30가구가 두 달간 따뜻하게 겨울을 보낼 수 있는 양이다.
손태영은 지난해에 이어 2년째 참여하고 있다. 그는 배달 내내 밝은 미소로 봉사자들의 기운을 북돋았다는 전언. 지난해 바쁜 스케줄로 부득이하게 참여하지 못한 권상우도 올해는 MBC 드라마 ‘메디컬탑팀’ 촬영 전 시간을 내 힘을 보탰다.

Actor Kwon Sang Woo and actress Son Tae Young did voluntary service to melt frozen heart.
A couple Kwon Sang Woo and Son Tae Young participated in ’Sharing love briquettes’ of Adena cultural foundation which was held in Macheon-dong, Seoul last December 7.
Severe cold of the morning couldn’t break their ardor in December. They delivered 3000 briquettes and rice 150kg with 50 volunteers. Since the road was too narrow to pass a car, people lined up and passed each briquette to the next people and piled them up in a warehouse.
They didn’t care that they got dirt on their face and vest and worked with sweat running down in beads, although it was very cold. 30 families can pass the winter with 3000 briquettes.
Son Tae Young has participated in it for 2 years. She smiled and cheered volunteer up all the way delivering. Kwon Sang Woo who couldn’t participate due to a busy schedule last year made time for it and provided support before shooting a MBC drama ’Medical Top Team’ this year.
