배우 주원의 뮤지컬 복귀 무대가 드디어 공개됐다.
21일 오후 서울 신도림 디큐브아트센터에서 뮤지컬 ‘고스트’ 프레스 리허설이 열렸다. 이날 취재진들의 관심은 4년 만에 뮤지컬 무대에 오른 주원에게 쏠렸다.
주원은 지난 2010년 KBS 2TV ‘제빵왕 김탁구’를 통해 브라운관 데뷔를 성공적으로 치룬 배우. 하지만 이에 앞서 2006년 뮤지컬 ‘알타보이즈’로 데뷔한 ‘뮤지컬 배우’다.
주원은 “공연이 더 재밌어졌다. 물론 긴장도 하지만 공연을 즐겁고 재밌게 임하는 제 모습을 볼때마다 ‘조금 여유가 생겼구나’ 싶더라”고 한 뼘더 성장한 자신의 모습을 돌아봤다. 함께 호흡을 맞추고 있는 아이비에 대해서는 “모든 샘 역할의 배우들이 누나에게 반해있다”며 “누나의 노래를 들으면 연습실에서도, 무대에서도 눈물이 난다. 그만큼 호소력 있는 보이스다”라고 상대역을 칭찬했다. 오는 24일부터 2014년 6월 신도림 디큐브아트센터에서 공연.

Ju Won of ‘Ghost’ is coming back to the stage in 4 years
An actor Ju Won’s musical stage is open finally.
The press rehearsal of a musical ’Ghost’ was opened at the D-CUBE Arts Center in Sindorim, Seoul last November 21. Reporters were interested in Ju Won who appeared on stage in 4 years.
Ju Won is an actor who made his debut through a KBS 2TV drama ’King of Baking’ successfully in 2010. Prior to this, he’s a musical actor who made a debut as a musical ’Altar Boyz’ in 2006.
Ju Won looked back his life that grew one step more and said "The performance becomes more interesting. Of course I’m nervous, however whenever I see that I engage myself in the performance happily and fun, I think I keep my composure."
And he praised his partner Ivy and said "All actors who played a role of Sam have a crush on her. When I heard her song, my tears flowed at a practice room and on stage. Her voice is ringing that much."
This musical will be held at the D-CUBE Arts Center starting November 24 until June, 2014.
