지난 12일 캐나다 토론토공연을 성공리에 마친 김장훈은 휴식기간 없이 바로 다음날 한국으로 출발하여 14일 인천공항을 통해 3주 일정으로 귀국했다.
김장훈은 11월 중순으로 예정된 ‘독도아트쑈 in 뉴욕’의 준비를 위해 귀국하자마자 관계자들과 만나 다각도로 협의를 하고 있다고 김장훈 소속사인 공연세상 측은 밝혔다.
일본이 정부차원에서 독도홍보를 강화하며 적극적인 공세를 펼치고 있는 현실에서 독도아트쇼는 김장훈이 세계의 중심인 뉴욕에서 독도를 ‘art’를 통하여 세계인들에게 인식시키겠다는 신개념 독도홍보.
김장훈은 자신의 SNS를 통해 “조만간 ‘독도아트쇼 in 뉴욕’의 정확한 일정과 장소, 기획안과 전 국민 참여방법 등에 대해 브리핑을 하겠다. 또한 ‘독도아트쇼 in 뉴욕’이 성공리에 끝나면 독도아트쇼 월드투어도 계획하고 있다”라고 포부를 밝혔다.

Kim Jang Hoon successfully finished a concert in Toronto, Canada last October 12. He came back to Korea without a break through Incheon airport last October 14 and stay for 3 weeks.
His company Concert World announced that he came back to Korea to prepare for 'Dok Island Art Show in New York' scheduled in the middle of November, he has been discussing it from various angles with the persons concerned.
The government of Japan has been strengthening public relation of Dok Island at government level now. Dok Island Art Show is public relations of advanced concept that he forces to recognize Dok Island to people in the world through 'art' in New York where the center of the world is.
He expressed his hope through his SNS “I will give a briefing on exact date, place, project proposal and participation methods etc of 'Dok Island Art Show in New York'. If I will finish it successfully, I have a plan of world tour.”
