반자마르신은 쓰레기를 길거리에 대량으로 버리는 일이 빈번히 일어나는 등 지역주민들의 환경 보호 의식이 매우 낮은 곳이다. 매년 한류페스티벌이 열리는 반자르마신은 한류가수에 대한 관심이 큰 지역인 만큼 인도네시아에서 큰 인기를 끌고 있는 이루의 봉사참여가 의미 있게 다가올 것으로 보인다.
이루는 인도네시아에서 최초로 한국어로 제작된 ‘까만안경’ 음반의 완판, 게릴라콘서트 2만 명 동원, 해외가수 최초 인도네시아 음악방송 프로그램 1위를 차지하는 등 국민적 관심과 사랑을 받고 있다.

ERU is going to Banjamasin, Indonesia where is well known for a floating home through MBC ’2013 The dream of KOICA-Indonesia’ for 4 days from September 7.
Banjamasin is a place that citizen’s sense of protection of the environment is too low. For example, it’s very frequent that people throw away garbage on the road in quantity in Banjamasin.
Korean wave festival is held every year in Banjamasin and the attention toward Korean singers is great. ERU is all the rage in Indonesia. That’s why his voluntary service is meaningful.
ERU’s album ’Black eye glasses’ which is produced in Korean sold out and 20,000 people got together on his concert in Indonesia. Also he ranked No 1. on the music program of Indonesia. He’s receiving attention and love from Indonesian.
