바로 새롭게 단장한 자신의 일본 공식 홈페이지에 친필 편지를 올린 것. 뒤늦게 알려진 이 편지는 지난 17일 게재된 것으로 편지에는 “안녕하세요. 박시후입니다. 오랫동안 기다려주신 팬 여러분 감사합니다. 저의 일본 홈페이지가 새롭게 단장하게 되었습니다. 많이 방문해주세요. 저는 앞으로 좋은 모습으로 다시 찾아뵙겠습니다. 여러분 사랑해요”라고 적혀 있다.
지난 2월 연예인 지망생을 성폭행 한 혐의로 피소됐던 박시후다. 지난 5월10일 쌍방이 고소를 취하하면서 박시후는 불기소 처분 받았고 사건도 일단락 됐다. 물론, 박시후는 현재 공식 활동에 나서지 않고 있는 상황. 그럼에도 일본 공식 홈페이지에 자신의 인사말을 남긴 것은 그 만큼 굳건한 한류스타로서의 지위 때문인 것으로 보인다.
실제 박시후는 지난해 개봉했던 영화 첫 주연작 ‘내가 살인범이다’가 일본에서 지난 1일 선보였고 성폭행 논란에도 불구하고 여전히 일본 내 부동의 인기를 자랑하고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 여전히 박시후가 활동에 나설 가능성은 적어 보인다.

An actor Park Si Hoo turned out slightly after a long break. It’s that he posted a letter in his own handwriting on the official homepage of Japan which was remodeled. This letter is lately made public last June 17.
"Hello, This is Park Si Hoo. Thanks for waiting me for a long time. My Homepage of Japan is remodeled. Please visit my website a lot. I’ll come back soon with a good image. I love you", as written in his letter.
He was accused for raping a girl who wants to be an entertainer last February. Both people dropped charges last May 10 and he was not indicted, then the event was finished. Of course, he hasn’t been appearing to work officially; nevertheless he left the letter on his homepage. It seems that’s why he’s a hallyu star.
His first movie as a lead role ’I’m a murder’ was released last June 1 in Japan. Despite a controversy over rape, he’s still popular in Japan. But it seems it’s highly unlikely that he works again.
