배우 정석원과 오는 6월 결혼식을 올리기로 한 가수 백지영이 임신 9주차가 된 사실이 공개됐다.
백지영의 소속사 WS엔터테인먼트도 14일 “백지영이 임신한 것이 맞다. 이두 사람과 양가 가족이 무척 기뻐했다”고 밝혔다.
백지영의 임신 소식은 분명 축하받을만한 일이다. 그런데 씁쓸한 뒷말을 남기는 이유는 지난달 결혼 발표 당시 ‘속도 위반 때문에 결혼 날짜를 당겨 잡은 것 아니냐’는 기자들의 질문에 백지영이 ‘아니다’라고 강하게 부인했었기 때문이다.
백지영과 정석원 커플은 오는 6 2일 광장동 W워커힐 호텔에서 결혼식을 올리며, 백지영이 MBC ‘나는 가수다’ 출연 당시 인연을 맺은 김영희 PD가 주례를 맡는다. 현재 백지영은 산부인과를 다니며 태교에 각별한 주의를 기울이고 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 백지영이 임신 상태이기 때문에 결혼식만 올리고 신혼여행은 가지 않을 예정이다.

Baek Ji Young, reports that she’s pregnant - She denied the premarital pregnancy.
A singer Baek Ji Young announced that she’s 9 weeks pregnant and will get married to an actor Jung Seok Won this coming June.
Her company WS Entertainment confirmed last May 14, 2013 that the news was right that she’s pregnant and both families were happy about the news.
This news definitely is a matter for congratulation. But the reason why there are bitter gossips is due to the answer when she was in press interview. When she announced her wedding, reporters asked that they set the wedding date earlier due to the premarital pregnancy; however she strongly denied saying "No".
This couple will marry at W Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjang-dong on June 2, 2013. A PD Kim Young Hee is going to officiate at their wedding that has a bond with Baek Ji Young when she was appearing on MBC ’I’m a singer’. Currently Baek Ji Young sees an obstetrician and pays particular attention to prenatal education. They will not go on a honeymoon because she’s into pregnancy.
